Aptenda

Illustration: the postings Aptenda actually tracks, nearly all of them turned down.

Job search

Three roles. The rest, we strike out.

Aptenda reads the market every night, turns down what is not worth your time and tells you why, then prepares the rest. A letter grounded in your own proof, a resume tailored to the target country.

126,019 postings tracked 146 countries 33 verified sources 358 employers watched live

The move

It says no, and tells you why.

No auto-apply tool dares to write “do not answer that one”: their business rests on send volume. Yet it is the only information that actually saves you time.

Data Analyst

Nervia, Paris 11e, CDI, 50 à 60 k€

  • You cover 3 of 3 required skills: SQL, Python, Power BI.
  • The substance of the posting matches what you have actually done.
  • You lack Kubernetes. The letter says so before they spot it.

Analyste BI

Unnamed employer, Lyon, online for 134 days

Pulled and reposted 4 times since we started watching, and the ad itself says it is building a talent pool. Do not spend a worked letter on it.

reposted 4 times no salary range
Between a fifth and a third of online postings match no real opening. You cannot guess it by reading the ad: you see it by watching its HISTORY, day after day. That is what no newcomer catches up on from a standing start.

The letter

It cannot invent anything.

Every sentence rests on proof drawn from your resume. When a model rewrites for fluency, its output is re-read: a number absent from your record gets the whole rewrite rejected.

reads human 100/100

Hello,

The Nervia posting opens on making commercial data reliable before opening dashboards to the business. That is exactly the work I did at Groupe Berlac.

Reporting rebuilt on Power BI: 14 dashboards consolidated into 3, monthly production down from 6 days to 4 hours.

I have not worked with Kubernetes. If that is a blocker, tell me and I will not waste your time.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my strong interest in this role. With my 8 years of experience, I believe my skills and experience align perfectly with your needs.

Passionate, detail-oriented and a true team player, I would leverage my skills within your dynamic team.

Thank you for your consideration; do not hesitate to contact me.

61% of hiring managers spend under thirty seconds on an obviously generated letter, against two to three minutes on one that sounds authentic. Aptenda measures twenty giveaway phrasings, and refuses to deliver below threshold.

The resume

We reopen it the way a parser does.

Everyone shows an “ATS score”. Nobody shows what a machine actually managed to read. We do: we build the PDF, reopen it with a real parser, and list what comes back out, element by element.

What is open, right now.

These numbers come from our database as you load the page. A posting seen on four boards counts once, and postings that vanished no longer count. That is why they differ from job board counters.

In green: roles opened this week. The market by field and city

Speed

Arriving in the first pile.

Nine interviews out of ten go to people who applied within twenty-four hours. Recruiters open the queue in order, invite three people, and the rest is never read. An excellent application arriving eightieth is not compared unfavourably: it is not compared at all.

Flash watch

Aptenda revisits the employers that concern you every few minutes. As soon as a posting appears and clears your threshold, the kit is ready: letter, tailored resume, form answers.

Your place in the queue

We tell you the real timing: “spotted by our radar 11 minutes ago”, never “published 11 minutes ago” when we do not know. The distinction changes what you can conclude.

A cap, all the same

Twelve applications a day at most, twenty-five on the Flash plan. This cap is not commercial: past it, quality drops and reply rate with it. A tool that let you send a hundred would be selling you your own exhaustion.

And silence, measured

We know the send date and reply date of every application that leaves here. From those we derive, employer by employer, a reply rate and a median delay. Published only past a dozen applications: showing “0%” on three sends would be an accusation, not a measurement.

What people ask us

Does Aptenda apply for me?

No, and that is deliberate. Aptenda reads the market, turns down what is not worth your time and tells you why, then prepares the letter and the resume. Sending stays your move: an application that goes out unread shows, and you pay for it at the interview.

Where do the postings come from?

From 33 verified sources, read at the source and dated, across 146 countries. A posting that disappears from its source is closed here too: the catalogue does not keep dead jobs to look bigger.

Does the resume change by country?

Yes, and it follows the country of the JOB, not yours. Length, photo, date of birth, forbidden mentions: rules differ from one country to the next, and a French resume sent to Berlin gets dropped on form before it is read on substance.

Do I have to pay to find out if it helps?

No. The diagnosis is free: drop your resume and we show you your proof and your market before asking you anything. Paid plans make preparation faster; they do not unlock reading the market.

What happens to my data?

They stay on our server, in Europe, and are used only for your search. They are neither sold nor used to train a model. You can erase everything from your account, and the erasure is immediate.

Where our numbers come from

We measured, tested and deployed Aptenda on our own job hunts before turning it into a product: in 2025 it tracked a single application, in 2026 it sweeps 146 countries and 88548 job titles every night, across 33 verified sources. Postings are not copied from an aggregator: they are read at the source, dated, and closed when they disappear.

The framework is not invented either: mobility across Europe runs through EURES, the European job portal; French job-search rules are published by the Ministry of Labour; and your rights as a jobseeker are set out on service-public.fr. When a rule differs from one country to the next - resume length, photo, forbidden mentions - we follow those sources, not a habit.
