What we collect, why, where it lives, and what we do not do.

What we collect

An email address and a hashed password, for your account. The text of your resume and the proof derived from it. Your search criteria. The applications you prepare or send, and their tracking. Nothing else: no advertising tracking, no third-party tracker, no browser fingerprinting.

Why

To deliver the service you asked for: sorting postings, drafting your documents, tracking your applications. The legal basis is performance of our contract.

Where it lives

On our servers in France, at OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. The language engine that rewrites your text runs on those same machines: the content of your resume is sent to no third-party AI service.

What we do not do

We sell nothing. We share your profile with no employer, recruiter or partner. We do not use your resume to train a model. We do not pool your proof with other users'.

What leaves us, and only on your action

When you ask for an application to be sent, the message goes to the address published by the employer, with the attachments you approved. That is the only case where your data leaves the service, and it never happens without an action from you or an automatic send you explicitly armed.

Retention

As long as your account exists. On deletion, your data is erased within thirty days, backups included. Accounting records tied to a payment are kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection. A full export is available from your space. For anything else, write to contact@aptenda.com; we answer within thirty days. You may refer the matter to the French data protection authority if our answer does not satisfy you.

Audience measurement

We measure traffic without cookies and without individual identifiers. No consent is required for this processing, and no banner is imposed on you.
