Terms of sale

What we sell, at what price, and what happens when things go wrong.

Purpose

Aptenda is an online job-search assistance service. It aggregates public postings, assesses their relevance for a given profile, drafts application documents from material supplied by the user, and tracks applications.

Plans and prices

Three plans: Discover, free; Aptenda, 29 euros a month; Aptenda Flash, 79 euros a month. Prices include tax for an individual resident in France. Subscriptions are monthly, with no minimum term, renewing automatically until cancelled.

Trial

Paid plans include a seven-day trial. A payment method is requested at sign-up; no charge occurs before the trial ends. Cancelling during the trial results in no charge.

Cancellation

At any time from your personal space, in one click, without justification and without writing to us. Access remains open until the end of the period already paid, then the account reverts to the Discover plan. User data is retained and remains exportable.

Right of withdrawal

As the service is supplied immediately upon subscription, a user requesting immediate performance acknowledges waiving the fourteen-day withdrawal right once the service is fully performed. This does not affect our more favourable refund policy, described on its own page.

User obligations

The user warrants the accuracy of the material they supply, in particular their curriculum vitae. The service does not verify declared experience and cannot be held liable for an inaccurate statement carried into an application.

What we do not promise

No hiring outcome is guaranteed, nor any number of interviews. We control neither employers' decisions nor the availability of the public interfaces the postings come from.

Liability

Our liability, in the event of proven breach, is limited to amounts actually paid over the last twelve months.

Governing law

French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
