The Fiscal Affairs Division (FAD) is seeking a detail oriented, highly organized, and analytical College Aide to support the IT Fiscal Affairs team. In this role you will assist with operational financial workflows, including procurement and contract vault tracking, point of contract tracker centralization, invoice intake and monitoring and document compilation. Through maintaining clean datasets and financial spreadsheets, you will gain direct, practical experience across the complete financial workflows, from initial IT fiscal requests, budget and funding authorization, and procurement and contract actions, to involving and final payment reconciliations. The selected candidate will perform the following duties: - Assist with end-to-end financial workflows, including procurement and contract vault updates, invoice intake and verification against active contracts, as well as aligning encumbrance cash positions with line-item budgets. - Clean, organize and compile cross-departmental financial data in Excel for division reporting dash boarding. - Complete ad hoc administrative, research, or operational assignments as assigned by department leadership.
