# Operational Risk Manager # * Geneva, CH * Full-time * Unlimited ### Your Role ### As Operational Risk Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are an experienced individual seeking to contribute to the Bank-s operational risk framework in alignment with FINMA and provide support to the consolidated supervision duty of the Group. ### Your Responsibilities ### * Maintain the operational risk framework, including the following: * Review and challenge the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) * Collaborate with stakeholders across the three lines of defense * Perform test of controls * Contribute to relevant risk reviews ### Your Profile ### * University degree in Finance or Economics * 5 years of practical experience in the field of Audit or Operational Risk * Experience with implementation of regulatory framework and operational risks * Ability to weight problems and set priorities, excellent organizational skills * Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage * Ability to work with various stakeholders * Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills * Capacity to work independently * Fluency in English, very good command of French, fluency in German is an advantage ### Your Benefits ### * Entrepreneurial spirit in a family owned bank * Central city office locations across Switzerland * Above average insurance coverage fully borne by the bank * Contribution to health insurance and meal allowance * Global growth strategy and stable environment * Competitive offering
