The Wealth Solutions and Private Bank Training, Onboarding and Development Vice President will lead the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of onboarding, training, and development across the Wealth Solutions and Private Bank platform, including Private Bank, Private Family Office, Goldman Sachs Family Office, Goldman Sachs Trust Company, Wealth Strategy, Capital Markets, Managed Strategies, Equity Structuring, Alternative Capital Markets and related specialist businesses.
The individual will partner closely with Wealth Solutions, Private Bank and Talent Strategy leadership to evaluate current training resources, identify gaps against business priorities, and re-underwrite the onboarding curriculum for campus, lateral and role-based entry points.
