## What you'll be doing ##
* Take ownership of varied administrative tasks relating to business partners, reinsurance contracts and renewal submission data
* Support our underwriters in nurturing existing partnerships and helping develop new business relationships
* Prepare insightful figures and analyses that contribute to well-founded decisions on reinsurance contracts
* Create and maintain meaningful reports that support portfolio management and effective control
* Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders as well as external clients and brokers
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across underwriting, actuarial and accounting teams within reinsurance
## What you'll bring to the role ##
* A higher education background combined with relevant experience in the insurance or reinsurance environment
* A strong sense of commitment, curiosity and willingness to learn, paired with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
* A proactive, independent and well-structured working style
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
* Resilience and the ability to stay focused and organized during busy periods, especially renewal season
* Excellent written and spoken English skills; German and any additional languages are a plus
