<li><strong>24 Hours Per Week</strong> (2x 12 hour shifts) – £16,640 per annum</li>
<li><strong>36 Hours Per Week</strong> (3x 12 hour shifts) – £24,960 per annum</li>

We are looking for <em>caring, committed, and enthusiastic</em> <strong>Support Workers</strong> to join our Supported Living team, supporting eight individuals with mental health needs to achieve their goals, build confidence, and maintain their independence. As a<strong> Support Worker,</strong> you will play a vital role in empowering people to live independently within their home and local community. You will provide person-centered support that promotes wellbeing, recovery, choice, and inclusion.</p>

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver high-quality, person-centered support within supported living services.</li>
<li>Promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes.</li>
<li>Support individuals with daily living activities, health management and life skills.</li>
<li>Encourage social engagement and participation within the local community.</li>
<li>Build positive, trusted relationships that help people achieve their personal goals.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and other professionals to provide outstanding care.</li>

<p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p>

<p>Ideally, you'll have:</p>

<li>Experience working within mental health, social care or a support environment.</li>
<li>A person-centered approach and genuine passion for helping others.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>The ability to remain calm, adaptable and positive in challenging situations.</li>
<li>A commitment to promoting independence, dignity and choice.</li>
<li>A full UK driving license (desirable but not essential).</li>
