We are looking for <em>caring, committed, and enthusiastic</em> <strong>Support Workers</strong> to join our Supported Living team, supporting eight individuals with mental health needs to achieve their goals, build confidence, and maintain their independence. As a<strong> Support Worker,</strong> you will play a vital role in empowering people to live independently within their home and local community.
