About the Client
Our client is a mobile, on-demand consumer service company that brings a convenient, at-your-door installation service directly to customers — eliminating the hassle of DIY work or driving to a shop. They operate a direct-to-consumer marketing model, using digital funnels, paid social advertising, and CRM-driven customer journeys to drive bookings and repeat business. As a lean, fast-moving small business, the founder/leadership team relies on digital marketing and website execution to be handled proactively and independently by a trusted right hand.
Why does this role exist?
As a lean, direct-to-consumer business, this company depends on its website, funnels, and CRM running seamlessly to drive bookings — but leadership doesn't have the bandwidth to manage the day-to-day execution of pages, campaigns, and automations themselves. This role exists to be the hands-on operator of that digital infrastructure: building and maintaining GoHighLevel funnels and landing pages, keeping CRM pipelines and automations clean, and turning research and ad-hoc requests into clear, actionable summaries. The right person will function as an extension of leadership — reliable, communicative, and comfortable owning execution independently.
