<h3>The Role</h3>
<p>As part of the Assessment Team, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding, undertaking high-quality assessments and ensuring children receive the right support at the right time.</p>
<p>You will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Complete timely assessments and Section 47 enquiries to identify risk and determine the most appropriate interventions</li>
<li>Manage a diverse caseload, contributing to Child Protection Conferences, statutory planning, and court proceedings</li>
<li>Lead complex and high-risk cases, driving positive outcomes for children and families</li>
<li>Support and develop less experienced colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and reflective practice</li>
<li>Work closely with partners across health, education, and other agencies to deliver coordinated, child-centred support</li>
</ul>
<h3>About You</h3>
<p>We're keen to hear from passionate, child-focused practitioners who are committed to delivering excellent social work practice.</p>
<p>You'll have:</p>
<ul>
<li>A <strong>Degree in Social Work</strong> and current <strong>Social Work England registration</strong></li>
<li><strong>2+ years' post-qualified experience</strong> and successful completion of the <strong>ASYE</strong></li>
<li>Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, assessment frameworks, and statutory thresholds</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills, sound professional judgement, and the ability to make confident decisions in complex situations</li>
<li>A <strong>full UK driving licence</strong> and access to a vehicle</li>
