<h3>What we're looking for:</h3>
<p>✔ Degree in Social Work<br>✔ Registered with <strong>Social Work England</strong><br>✔ Minimum <strong>2 years' post-qualified experience</strong> and completion of the <strong>ASYE</strong><br>✔ Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection legislation, and statutory guidance<br>✔ Excellent communication, assessment, and relationship-building skills<br>✔ Ability to confidently manage complex cases and contribute to team development<br>✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle</p>
