<div>Liquid Personnel is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker to join its client's Disability Residential Service in Prosperous, Co. Kildare.</div> <p>The primary objective of this post is to provide care and support through a person-centred approach which meets the practical, physical, and emotional needs of residents, with an Intellectual Disability/ABI/Autism.</p> <ul> <li>To act as a key worker for named Resident where appropriate.</li> <li>Provide support to residents with their daily plan</li> <li>Provide support to residents with their individual goals and education.</li> <li>Provide support to residents with their living skills, eg.
