<p>Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a Social Care Worker for its client's Adult Residential Service based in Kingscourt, Cavan.<br><br>The primary objective of this post is to provide care and support through a person-centred approach which meets the practical, physical, and emotional needs of residents, with an Intellectual Disability/ABI/Autism.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>To act as a key worker for named Resident where appropriate.</li> <li>Provide support to residents with their daily plan</li> <li>Provide support to residents with their individual goals and education.</li> <li>Provide support to residents with their living skills, eg.
