Offering a competitive salary, and you will have access to collaborative and learning work within a leading national organisation.&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">To be successful in this role you must have,&nbsp;</p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Hold a minimum of a QQI Level 5 Major Award on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Community/Heath or Social Care.</li> <li>Have 1 years’ experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.&nbsp;</li> <li>An understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services.</li> <li>An ability to follow plans and methods to meet the ongoing needs of the individuals supported.</li> <li>Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.</li> <li>Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.</li> <li>A full driver’s licence and availability of own car is an essential requirement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reasonable Adjustments:</strong></p> <p>If you consider yourself to have a disability or require any reasonable adjustment during the recruitment process or within the workplace, please highlight this at the earliest opportunity by contacting our team.</p> <p>We are unable to support or accept applications from candidates who are residents within the Red or Amber list of the World Health Organisation (WHO) Workforce Support and Safeguard List.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">BH - 198011<br>GH - 34532</p>
