<p>Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join Bolton Council, supporting the development and improvement of social work practice across Children's quality assurance activities to evaluate the effectiveness of services being delivered to children and families.</li> <li>Complete and support others to undertake audits, dip sampling, and quality assurance reviews across Children's Services.</li> <li>Support the embedding of practice standards, expectations, and continuous improvement across the workforce.</li> <li>Provide high support and high challenge to practitioners and managers to promote consistently good outcomes for children and families.</li> <li>Track and monitor audit recommendations, ensuring actions are completed and improvements are embedded into practice.</li> <li>Undertake follow-up dip sampling activity to evidence learning and improvement from quality assurance cycles.</li> <li>Carry out specific audits, thematic reviews, and service evaluations as required.</li> <li>Collect, analyse, and collate feedback from children, young people, and families to inform service development and quality improvement.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with managers and practitioners to ensure quality assurance findings influence frontline practice.</li> <li>Provide coaching and support to practitioners and audit participants, promoting a shared understanding of audit processes and quality standards.</li> <li>Contribute to inspection preparation activities across Children's Services, supporting readiness and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Promote and support relational and restorative approaches to practice.• Contribute to workforce development initiatives, learning events, and practice improvement activities where required.</li> <li>Support the development of a culture of reflective practice, learning, and professional accountability.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications and Experience:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">To be successful in this role you must have;</span> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Social Work England registration.<br></span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Eligible to work in the UK.<br></span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Hold a full UK driving licence.<br></span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Degree level qualification in Social Work (DipSW/CQSW or equivalent).<br></span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Extensive post-qualification experience within Children's Social Care.<br></span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience of supporting professional staff to deliver high-quality social work practice.<br></span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong knowledge of childcare legislation, safeguarding procedures, and evidence-based practice.</span>&nbsp;</li>
