Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Advanced Practitioner for our client to join Children in Our Care Service based in Oldham. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Children's Social Worker looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and well-structured service dedicated to improving outcomes for children and young people in care. About The Role: As an Advanced Practitioner, you will hold a small caseload of approximately 15 children and young people in Local Authority care, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality interventions while providing practice leadership and support to colleagues across the team. You will be responsible for reviewing progress, developing care plans, and ensuring children and young people receive the support they need to achieve positive outcomes and long-term stability. Alongside your direct casework responsibilities, you will play a key role in supporting the Team Manager and wider team by promoting best practice, developing staff confidence, and contributing to service improvement.
