FP&A Manager
## Your Purpose ##
As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager you will be leading the financial planning and analysis processes including, budgeting forecasting and financial reporting for the crew working on-board MSC Cruises ships. In this role you will be working closely with senior management to provide critical insights that drive the company's overall financial strategy.
This position is based in Malta, frequent trips are required to visit other MSC Cruises offices.
## Your Impact ##
Ensuring budgeting and forecasting processes align with business objectives and provide a clear financial roadmap for the company. Analyze the company's financial performance and deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making for senior leadership. Build and refine financial models to assess the viability of new projects business initiatives and potential investments. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data creating a unified approach to financial management
## Your Journey so far ##
You hold a master-s degree in Finance Accounting or Economics with relevant certifications (CFA CPA or ACCA). being highly desirable. 5 to 7 years of experience in financial planning financial analysis or corporate finance with a strong focus on managing financial processes in a fast-paced environment. Extensive experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes while working closely with senior management to provide financial insights. Demonstrated experience within the cruise industry, ideally with focus on on-board personnel costs.
## Your Essentials ##
Advanced financial modelling and analysis skills with strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Proven ability to lead financial planning processes and provide actionable insights that influence strategic business decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills particularly in delivering financial data to senior stakeholders and non-financial departments. Fluency in English is essential additional language skills are a plus. Experience with financial systems such as ERP software enhancing your ability to streamline and automate financial processes. A collaborative mindset working effectively across departments and functions to drive financial accuracy and consistency.
