<p>You'll join the Treasury Operations team within Finance, which is responsible for the efficient management of Coinbase's liquidity, funding, and banking operations across all global entities. As a Treasury Operations Intern, you'll support day-to-day cash management, payment operations, and banking workflows while gaining exposure to how a leading crypto company moves money at scale. You'll work alongside experienced treasury professionals and partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to help keep our financial operations running smoothly for millions of customers.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support daily treasury operations including bank account funding, balance monitoring, and liquidity reporting across Coinbase entities</li>
<li>Own reconciliation tasks and help maintain accurate fiat safeguarding controls for client funds</li>
<li>Partner with banking partners and internal teams to triage and resolve payment rail issues</li>
<li>Build and improve operational dashboards and reporting tools that increase visibility into cash positions and payment flows</li>
<li>Execute research projects focused on payment rail optimization, new banking relationships, or process improvement opportunities</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline with an expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027</li>
<li>Demonstrated interest in payments, banking, corporate treasury, or fintech through coursework, prior internships, or personal projects</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to build and maintain operational models and trackers</li>
<li>Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to cross-functional stakeholders</li>
<li>Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality</li>
