You will be a person who works independently, uses initiative, and can adapt quickly to meet participant needs while maintaining a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment. What You’ll Do • Provide high‑quality day‑to‑day care and support • Encourage participants to try new experiences and build confidence • Support participants to develop healthy habits and meaningful routines • Celebrate achievements, big and small, to make every day feel purposeful • Foster independence, choice, and self‑expression • Use your initiative to problem‑solve and create engaging, positive participant experiences • Collaborate with participants, families, and stakeholders to plan and achieve goals Who You Are • Cert III in Individual Disability Support (or equivalent) • First Aid and CPR certifications • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card) • Strong communication skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to challenges
