You'll lead complex Red Team engagements, simulate advanced cyberattacks, and deliver top-notch results that fortify our clients' defenses. Whether executing intricate attack scenarios, mentoring team members, or developing innovative methodologies, your expertise will be pivotal in driving Neurosoft's cybersecurity excellence. 📌 What Awaits You as a Senior Red Team Operator: Your Key Responsibilities: • Lead Complex Engagements:  Drive end-to-end Cyber and Physical Red Team engagements, leveraging frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and TIBER-EU/DORA. • Execute Advanced Scenarios:  Perform Assume Breach exercises, ransomware simulations, and other tailored services from Neurosoft’s Hackcraft’s portfolio. • Deliver High-Quality Outputs:  Craft detailed technical reports, deliver executive debriefs, and present actionable insights. • Innovate and Optimize:  Maintain and evolve internal methodologies, tools, and approaches to stay ahead of the threat landscape. • Mentor and Guide:  Share knowledge and expertise with teammates, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. • Enhance Visibility:  Represent Neurosoft through workshops, conferences, and contributions to open-source tools. • Integrate and Collaborate:  Work closely with clients and stakeholders, ensuring all operations align with ethical and legal standards. 🕵️‍♂️  What We’re Looking For: • Professional Expertise:  Minimum 3 years as a Red Team Operator with the ability to independently lead engagements. • Technical Knowledge:  Proficiency in penetration testing, MITRE ATT&CK integration, and tools like Cobalt Strike. • Advanced Tradecraft:  Experience in stealth operations, anti-forensics, and Red Team-oriented methodologies. • Cloud Expertise:  Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure environments. • Educational Background:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • Certifications:  OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, or equivalent certifications demonstrating advanced offensive security skills. • Programming Skills:  Proficiency in Python, C, C++, or C#. Bonus Skills: • Malware development and offensive security tool creation. • Building and deploying Red Team infrastructure. • OSINT and threat intelligence expertise. • Contributions to open-source tools and projects.
