As Senior Program Manager at LeydenJar, you will lead some of our most critical programs across R&D, engineering and operations. You bring structure and direction to complex, multidisciplinary programs and connect strategic priorities with execution.
Working closely with project managers, department heads and senior leadership, you create clarity on priorities, progress, risks and dependencies and ensure programs stay on track.

As we move from technology development towards industrialization, our programs are growing in scale and complexity. This makes strong coordination across R&D, engineering, operations and external partners increasingly important.

Your role
As Senior Program Manager, you will:
• Lead and oversee complex, multidisciplinary programs across R&D, engineering and operations.
• Further develop a structured program and project management approach across LeydenJar.
• Create transparency on planning, progress, budgets, risks, resources and dependencies.
• Challenge and support project and line managers on scope, priorities and execution.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear objectives and executable plans.
• Provide senior management with clear insights to support decision-making.
• Minimize operational issues through proactive monitoring, investigation, and corrective actions.
• Partner/ report to the CFO to ensure operations remain on budget, improve cost efficiency, and monitor quality and targets
• Align key internal and external stakeholders around program objectives.
