What you will do We are looking for a BI Developer to help empower teams across Tony's with reliable, accessible, and impactful data insights. As the first point of contact for BI-related questions, you will support colleagues across the business, drive adoption of self-service BI tools, and contribute to the development of datasets and dashboards that help teams make better decisions. Working closely with the Senior BI Developer, Senior Data Engineer, and Operations teams, you will help create scalable reporting solutions, maintain data quality, and ensure Tony's continues to build a strong data-driven culture. You will be part of the FBI (Finance, Business Intelligence & IT) team and report to the BI Manager. All wrapped up • Provide first-line BI support: Act as the go-to contact for BI-related questions, supporting teams with dashboards, reports, data interpretation, and self-service analytics tools. • Develop datasets and dashboards: Collaborate with Operations teams to translate business requirements into meaningful datasets, reports, and Power BI dashboards. • Ensure data quality: Monitor, validate, and improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting solutions before deployment. • Drive BI adoption: Facilitate training sessions, create user-friendly documentation, and empower teams to confidently use BI tools and dashboards. • Collaborate across teams: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions. • Support process improvements: Identify opportunities to optimize reporting processes, automate manual tasks, and improve the overall self-service BI experience. • Utilize data and insights: Monitor dashboard usage and user feedback to evaluate impact, prioritize enhancements, and support data-driven decision making across Tony's. • Deal smoothly with the changes that come with a growing company and contribute positively to the performance of Team Tony's. • Jump in, help each other and regularly get coffee or tea for another Tony. • Raise the bar.
