Why we are here
Tony's Chocolonely is committed to ending exploitation in cocoa. We are an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes impact. With incredibly tasty chocolate, we lead by example, demonstrating that ethical practices and success can go hand in hand. Through Tony's Open Chain (TOC), mission allies like Albert Heijn, Ben & Jerry's, Jokolade, and Aldi have embraced a fairer, more transparent supply chain for their chocolate too.
What you will do
We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator OOH to keep our Out of Home sales engine running smoothly across Benelux. In this role, you are the go-to person for the sales team: making sure the right information is in the right place, customers get fast and accurate support, and nothing falls through the cracks. You will manage data, coordinate across teams, and turn numbers into insights that help the team sell smarter. If you thrive on structure, love getting the details right, and want to do all of that for a brand that is changing the chocolate industry, this is your role. The position is part of the Sales team and reports to the Sales Manager OOH NL.
All wrapped up
• Manage sales administration: Maintain pricing, product data, SKU details, and customer setups accurately across systems (ERP, GS1, Brandbank, Salesforce) so the team can focus on selling, not fixing errors.
• Support customers directly: Respond to customer questions with speed and accuracy, and build strong relationships with OOH partners such as IAmsterdam, Pathé, Compass Group, and others through proactive, solution-oriented communication.
• Create commercial insights: Translate master data into clear overviews, dashboards, and sales tools that help the team make smarter decisions on revenue, profitability, and impact.
• Coordinate seasonal and promotional execution: Ensure all trade materials, product documents, and seasonal files are delivered accurately and on time, with zero missed deadlines.
• Drive cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with Customer Logistics, Demand Planning, and Finance to keep operational processes flowing smoothly and prevent downstream issues.
• Manage small accounts: Own a portfolio of smaller OOH accounts (up to 50K revenue), handling them independently and building trusted customer relationships.
• Optimize ways of working: Continuously improve processes, files, and tools to help the OOH sales team work more effectively together.
