Our belief: • At SOLPLANET, we are driven by a simple idea: solar for everybody • We strive to create the best possible experience for distributors, installers and end users • That´s why our solar inverters, energy storage systems and EV chargers are easy-to-install, reliable and user friendly Who We Are: • Private equity-backed AISWEI is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions - providing the world with solar inverters, batteries, EV chargers, heat pumps, and energy management solutions • AISWEI has more than 15 years of expertise in R&D and manufacturing, with a strong technology heritage from both Germany and China • With 32 GW of annual production volumes (2024), AISWEI is one of the largest manufacturers of solar string inverters world-wide • AISWEI is operating under its own brand in China and its SOLPLANET brand internationally, and is trusted by leading global brands as an ODM service provider • Our team passionately believe that that we are all fellow citizens of one planet, and we are truly honored about deploying our solutions to local societies worldwide - every day How you´ll help us: As a Service Engineer, you will • Follow applicable health and safety instructions and regulations. • Support customer with Level 1 and Level 2 service support for String INVERTERS and associated communication equipment. • Support customer technical issues with Solplanet products by providing remote support or from time to time on-site support. • Perform FW updates on existing PV plants equipped with Solplanet inverters and/or batteries • Complete operations on time and on budget. • Represent the company and be a customer contact. • Train customers or partners on commissioning, troubleshooting and upgrades • Follow defined and documented business processes and procedures. • Issue intervention reports to customers and internally within the France and/or Europe organization. • Contribute to the improvement of the overall activities and processes of the Europe organization in order to improve customer service, become more efficient and obtain better brand recognition from customers. • Achieve consistent customer satisfaction rates and respond appropriately to customer feedback on areas for improvement. Your background and skills: • Bac +2 Electrotechnical technics and / or Contrôle Commande. • Electrical Hazards Training. • Knowledge of inverters and the photovoltaic sector • Good English knowledge. • Ability to interact with different departments (Sales, Products) and cultures. • Willingness to take responsibility in the medium term. • Adaptability and rigour. • Willing to travel, national / international Your attributes: • Self-motivated and performance driven • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Can-do attitude and hands-on mindset • Proactive, dynamic, solution and customer oriented
