Operations Administrator Group Operations & Fleet Hours of work: 8.00am – 4.30pm (16 hours per week, Mon & Wednesday ) Contract Type: Permanent About Us: Survey Solutions is the UK’s largest engineering surveyors specialising in land, measured building and underground utility surveys as well as monitoring and site engineering schemes. With a network of eleven offices across the UK, we have over 170 surveyors and engineers working on some of the UK’s major construction and infrastructure developments. Role Overview The Business Administration Apprentice will provide administrative support to the Operations Administration Team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations. This role will involve assisting with administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders. The apprentice will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship at the Solihull Collegecombining workplace learning with off-the-job training to develop essential business and administrative skills. Main Duties/Key Responsibilities: • Provide general administrative support to the Operations Administration Team. • Manage and monitor the Fleet mailbox and assist with all fleet-related administration, including: • Fuel card management • Fleet car pack production and monitoring • Processing of parking and speeding fines • Assist with answering incoming calls through the telephone system and ensuring enquiries are handled or directed appropriately. • Support the production of Operations reports and associated documentation. • Assist in maintaining documentation required for ISO compliance. • Provide administrative support for site facilities as required. • Liaise professionally with internal colleagues and external contacts. • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and other data management tools in line with company procedures.
