Job Summary: As the Assistant Manager Marketing at Creative Chaos , you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. • Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content. • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for ongoing optimization. • Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources. • Engage with external vendors and partners to coordinate marketing initiatives and events. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. • 4-5 years of experience in marketing or related roles, preferably in a technology or creative environment. • Strong understanding of marketing principles and tools. • Proficient in digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content management systems. • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
