The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling orders, stocking inventory, aiding in audit counts and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Please note: This is a seasonal position supporting our Inventory Team. Seasonal positions have full-time hours with strong overtime availability, but do not have medical benefits offered. Base pay range: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications. At this time, Blue Nile will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. Responsibilities: • Process E-Commerce Orders – Pull, invoice, & package jewelry. • Fulfill Internal Inventory Requests – Pull & transfer jewelry to different departments. • Labeling – Print RFID tags for new jewelry. • Returns – Process return, orders and tag items. • Stocking – Scan items into their designated bins. • Scan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and tracking. • Learn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to better understand our inventory Competencies: • Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to receive tasks and complete in a timely fashion. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team • Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems • Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must! • Positive attitude with ability to accept constructive feedback. • A desire to meet and exceed performance and service expectations. • Strong understanding of teamwork and ability to pivot between tasks as needed Preferred Qualifications: • 1+ years of relevant experience • Basic computer skills • Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook Word, etc) Requirements: • High School Degree, GED or equivalent certification is required • Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
