Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming food, beverage, and non-food items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Issue materials to outlets and departments as per approved requisitions.
• Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with monthly stock audits.
• Ensure proper storage conditions in dry, chilled, and frozen areas.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing and Operations teams regarding stock requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store areas.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Storekeeper in the F&B, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Qatar driving license is a Must
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
• Experience using inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
