We are Qualco Group, a leading fintech organisation with over 25 years of experience delivering innovative technology solutions to banks and financial institutions. Serving clients in over 30 countries, we leverage advanced technologies, such as AI and analytics, to develop proprietary software and platforms that accelerate digital transformation and generate lasting value for businesses, society, and the broader economy. The role concerns the development of digital financial products within the QUALCO Group ecosystem. We are launching a new platform to empower corporates in their financial management needs for working capital, B2B transactions and financial information. Large corporates, SMEs and small businesses can all interact through a single platform that offers simplicity, clarity and very low transactional costs. The platform will be launched in Greece, and we are planning to expand into other countries through partnerships. We are looking for an experienced  Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team and identify new business opportunities, engage with clients, and support business growth. What You Will Do • Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and business opportunities; • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders; • Assist in creating sales and marketing material, including presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and promotional content; • Prepare and deliver introductory presentations, commercial material, and proposals to prospective clients; • Follow up and closing the loop on sales opportunities; • Conduct market research to identify target companies, industry trends, and potential growth opportunities; • Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field; • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or commercial roles; • Fluent user of AI Marketing tools, new generation CRM; • Good understanding of Statistics; • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; • Proactive approach to self-learning and building knowledge from the ground up; • Negotiation and objection handling capacity;
