About the role There is currently a job opening for “Operations Research Analyst” in our Operations Research department. As an Operations Research Analyst you will support the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, optimize performance and guide strategic decision-making across key operational areas. What you will do: • Contribute to the analysis of large datasets from aircraft routes, crew routes, maintenance events, delays and disrupted passengers to identify trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in operations • Identify and understand potential or existing operational problems and trends • Prepare clear, data-driven reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders • Support the operations planning team in tail assignment, aircraft utilization, crew pairing, rostering and reserve planning • Monitor and analyze industry trends You fit , if you cover the following requirements : • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or in a relevant field • Fluency in oral and written Greek and English • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI • Familiarity with programming language such as Python, DAX, SQL And you have competence in: • Applying analytical thinking proactively • Solving problems and managing projects efficiently • Communicating effectively with stakeholders • Collaborating across cross-functional teams • Adapting to data analysis trends If you pursue your career journey with Aegean, on top of a challenging job, we offer: • A working environment where you feel valued and appreciated • Excellent career and development opportunities within the organization • Flight tickets • Private health insurance scheme If this looks like an interesting opportunity for you, send us your application now!
