Due to our continuous growth, we are looking to recruit an analytical, detail-oriented and business-minded IT Business Analyst to join our team. Main Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business teams to understand processes, needs, and improvement opportunities • Support the analysis and documentation of business requirements • Assist in the implementation and improvement of solutions using SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, and other digital tools • Participate in process automation and AI-related initiatives • Support system testing, application monitoring, and continuous improvement • Prepare user guides, documentation, and training materials • Provide support and guidance to users • Participate in digital transformation projects with internal teams and external partners • Stay informed about new technologies and suggest solutions that can create business value • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field • Up to 4 years of relevant professional experience • Fluency in both English and Greek (written and spoken) • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce or other CRM platforms, would be considered an asset • Strong interest in business applications, digital transformation, process improvement, and automation • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technology-based solutions • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Willingness to learn new technologies, applications, and business processes
