The Role: We're looking for a Sales Manager who will own our most important enterprise and government relationships. This is a senior individual contributor role where your relationships directly drive Moyasar's growth. We've built a product we're proud of. What we need now is someone who already has the relationships and the credibility to open doors we can't open without them. What You'll Do: • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract and successful onboarding • Build and grow long-term relationships with decision-makers at enterprise and government accounts • Identify and strategically target new accounts that fit Moyasar's payment solutions • Run high-impact presentations, tailored demos, and proposals that actually speak to the client's world • Work closely with product and marketing to bring real client feedback into how we evolve our offering • Stay sharp on the Saudi payments landscape, competitor moves, and where the market is heading • Hit and exceed your quarterly and annual targets — you know what you signed up for Who We Are Looking For: Honestly, qualifications matter less to us than your track record and your network. — You've spent at least 5 years selling in fintech, SaaS, banking, or payments and you have the numbers to show for it. — You have real relationships with the people who sign contracts at large enterprises and government entities in KSA or GCC. Not LinkedIn connections "actual relationships". — You've been through long, complex deals and you know how to keep them alive until they close. — You understand how payment gateways work well enough to have a real conversation with a technical buyer "not just read from a slide". — You speak and write Arabic and English fluently — You wake up knowing who to call. You don't wait to be told.
