Support us in designing the insurance experience of the future. As Head of Finance, you will lead and further professionalise our global Finance function, ensuring the company has the financial transparency, processes, and steering mechanisms required to scale successfully.
This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on ownership of all core finance activities, including financial planning, controlling, accounting, treasury, payroll, tax, reporting, and finance operations. You will lead a growing team and continue the transformation of Finance from a scale-up function into a mature, globally operating business partner.
Beyond running the existing function, you will proactively identify future challenges and opportunities, helping leadership make well-informed decisions through robust planning, forecasting, business insights, and financial modeling. You will act as a trusted partner to the C-Level and leadership, and our corporate shareholder, ensuring Finance is not only a reporting function but a strategic driver of long-term success.
This is a full-time hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week working from our Berlin office.
