We currently have a vacancy for a Service Delivery Manager in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely within EU . In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. Tasks: • Manages and oversees the service delivery process; • Directs activities of the team; • Addresses customer feedback to ensure service meets customer expectations; • Monitors service performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and availability targets, ensuring timely resolution of service issues and risks; • Drives continuous improvement initiatives and coordinates with technical teams, customers, and stakeholders to optimize service quality, efficiency, and operational performance. • Univerity degree in IT, combined with 10 years of relevant working experience in IT; • At least 10 years of experience in delivering for or in a production environment operating under formal availability commitments; • At least 10 years of experience in spanning a multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure; • At least 10 years of experience in global projects that have comprised at least 10 managed services or application environments, or served at least 100 concurrent users; • At least 10 years of experience in global projects or managed service contract involving formal testing, change, release, or CI/CD pipeline management; • ITIL Managing Professional (ITIL MP) or ITIL 4 Strategic Leader (ITIL SL) certification and a PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent) is a strong asset; • Excellent command of the English language.
