About RHONDOS RHONDOS is the recognized leader in SAP security and observability — trusted by Fortune 500 and Fortune 2000 enterprises globally. We are in an active period of growth — adding domestic headcount rapidly and onboarding international staff across 7 countries through our EOR partners. We move fast, operate with discipline, and hold ourselves accountable to outcomes. Before applying, spend time on our LinkedIn page, YouTube channel, and rhondos.com. We want people who understand what we're building — and are genuinely excited to be part of it. The Opportunity This is a high-energy, high-impact HR role at a company that is growing fast and hiring constantly. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle — sourcing, screening, and moving candidates efficiently through our pipeline — while also supporting the day-to-day HR operations that keep a growing team running smoothly. You are not a paper-pusher. You are the first impression RHONDOS makes on every candidate who walks through our door — and we need someone who brings genuine enthusiasm, sharp instincts, and the ability to assess culture fit on the spot. If you love finding great people, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want your work to directly shape the team we are building, this role is for you. What You'll Own Recruiting & Talent Acquisition This is the primary focus of the role. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle for open positions across the organization. • Own and manage the full recruiting pipeline — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating offers — from initial posting through accepted offer • Conduct first-round culture fit interviews — you are the first voice of RHONDOS that candidates hear, and your assessment of fit matters • Manage and maintain our ATS — keeping candidate records current, pipelines organized, and hiring managers informed • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, define candidate profiles, and align on selection criteria • Source candidates actively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels — not just post and wait • Coordinate candidate travel and interview logistics in partnership with the EA • Track open headcount, hiring status, and pipeline health; report regularly to leadership HR Operations Supporting the day-to-day HR function that keeps a growing team running — from the moment someone accepts an offer to the day they leave. • Own the new hire onboarding process — offer letter coordination, equipment requests, system access, first-day scheduling, and onboarding documentation • Own the offboarding process — coordinate equipment return, system access removal, exit documentation, and ensure a professional, consistent experience for departing employees • Manage EOR onboarding for international hires through Deel and Rivermate — documentation collection, status tracking, and provider coordination • Maintain and own the Employee Handbook — keeping policies current, ensuring alignment with applicable employment law, and distributing updates to the team as changes occur • Performance Management Administration — Administer and coordinate the employee performance review cycle; maintain consistent processes and timelines across the organization; support managers through the review process; and coordinate the administration of promotions and merit increases to ensure consistency and equity across the team • Maintain employee records and HR files in Gusto — accuracy, completeness, and compliance-readiness at all times • Serve as a first point of contact for employee and candidate questions on hiring process, onboarding, and HR logistics • Help maintain HR documentation, policy templates, and compliance tracking checklists What Success Looks Like • Open roles are filled quickly with candidates who are genuinely excited about RHONDOS • Every candidate interaction reflects our culture — energetic, professional, and human • The ATS is clean, current, and actually useful • New hires are set up for success from day one — no dropped balls on onboarding • International EOR onboarding runs without friction • Leadership always knows where every open role stands How This Role Will Be Measured • Recruiting Velocity — Are open roles being filled efficiently without sacrificing quality? • Candidate Experience — Are candidates receiving a professional, engaging, and timely experience from first contact through offer? • Culture Fit Assessment Quality — Is the first-round screen providing leadership with useful, accurate reads on candidates? • HR Execution — Are onboarding, EOR coordination, and compliance running cleanly and without errors? • Pipeline Visibility — Does leadership always have a clear, current view of where every search stands? What You Bring Required • 2+ years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on recruiting and talent acquisition • Demonstrated ability to run a full recruiting lifecycle independently — from sourcing through offer • Experience managing an ATS system — keeping pipelines organized and data current • An energetic, warm, and professional demeanor — you are a culture ambassador in every candidate interaction • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication — clear, concise, and genuinely engaging • Local to the Washougal/Camas/Vancouver, or Portland Metro area — role requires regular onsite presence Strong Preference • Experience working with EOR providers — Deel, Rivermate, or similar international employment platforms • Background in a fast-moving technology, SaaS, or enterprise software environment • Experience onboarding employees across multiple countries or jurisdictions • Familiarity with Gusto for payroll and HR recordkeeping Nice to Have • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) • Experience supporting a company through a period of rapid domestic and international growth • Familiarity with multi-state em
