Overview The lead Treasury Operations Specialist supports the Treasure team and finance team with daily treasury, accounting, cash management, banking, and financial administrative activities. This position helps process weekly vendor payments, maintain accurate financial records, monitor cash transactions, prepare reports, and ensure that financial activities are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and process weekly vendor payments. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed. • Assist the Treasury team & CFO with daily global cash management and global financial activities. • Monitor global bank accounts, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other cash transactions. • Prepare and maintain cash-flow reports and financial schedules. • Maintain accurate records of banking and treasury transactions. • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities. • Organize financial documents and provide support during internal and external audits. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and corporate information. • Participate in the formulation of company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures. • Perform other accounting and treasury duties as assigned. • Bachelor or Mast degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • 3–5 years of experience in treasury work. • Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good organizational and time-management skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting or financial software. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion. • Experience with SAP, Concur, and Workday is a plus
