• Plan, manage, and monitor project execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget • Act as the customer’s trusted partner, developing relationships and identifying additional service opportunities and business insights • Tailor project delivery models to match customer needs and apply best project management practices • Conduct portfolio risk analysis, proactively manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders • Be a people manager, execute the company's people management practices, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention strategies • Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and project achievements • At least 4 years of commercial experience in project management • Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools • Proven risk management and strong leadership skills • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities • Experience managing cross-cultural teams • Hands-on experience driving the adoption of AI practices across projects • Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams • Upper-Intermediate English or higher • Experience in embedded projects will be a plus Sigma Software is looking for a Project Manager to join our Embedded & IT Support business unit.
