We are building the next generation of our Demand-Side Platform (DSP), enabling advertisers to access premium digital inventory through high-performance programmatic technology. Our bidder is at the heart of the platform, making real-time auction decisions and powering global advertising campaigns. We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Go) to focus on platform performance, scalability, and new product capabilities in a high-load environment. Requirements • Strong background and solid experience in backend software development with Go; • Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservice architectures; • Hands-on experience building and operating high-performance, low-latency backend services; • Proven ability to analyze system bottlenecks and resolve complex scalability challenges; • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Product and engineering teams; • Curiosity to understand not only how systems work, but also the business problems they solve. Will be a plus • Experience with AdTech or Programmatic Advertising landscape (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges); • Understanding of auction mechanics and large-scale decisioning systems; • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments; • Familiarity with data-intensive applications, analytics platforms, and large-scale aggregations; • Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and production ML integrations. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services in Go; • Analyze and optimize distributed systems and microservice-based architectures; • Work alongside Data Engineering and Machine Learning teams to integrate data-driven capabilities into bidder workflows; • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions; • Write high-quality, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to engineering best practices; • Oversee features from concept to production, identifying and resolving complex performance issues.
