About the Role: Senior Enterprise Sales Manager (Marketplace) The Senior Enterprise Sales Manager (Marketplace) will be responsible for driving new-business growth for Bureau by identifying, targeting, and acquiring high-potential marketplace clients. This role focuses on expanding Bureau’s footprint across e-commerce, logistics, gig, and other marketplace ecosystems by deeply understanding their risk, fraud, identity, and compliance needs. You will independently own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — and play a critical role in shaping Bureau’s presence in a fast-growing market segment. What you’ll be doing • You’ll lead new Marketplace enterprise acquisition by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored, consultative solutions that address core risk and compliance needs. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, target new logos (marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces) and onboard them with Bureau’s offering. • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting → lead generation → presentations → proposal → contract negotiation → closure → onboarding coordination. • Build and maintain strong relationships CXOs, partners, and stakeholders; negotiate commercial terms for mutually beneficial partnerships. • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer-success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and long-term retention of clients. • Monitor market and competitive landscape; stay aware of trends, marketplace pain-points, regulatory or fraud-related concerns to position Bureau as a differentiated value-add. • Prepare, maintain and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and progress updates to leadership; use data to drive decisions and prioritization. • Achieve aggressive new-business targets (sales, number of new clients, revenue, growth metrics) — being independent, self-driven, and results-oriented. What You’ll Bring To shine here, you should have: • 8-12 years of sales experience in a hunting / new-business acquisition role — ideally in Regtech, fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace risk/compliance domain. • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, winning new clients, closing deals end-to-end. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Data-driven mindset — comfortable with forecasting, reporting, and using analytics to guide sales priorities. • Ability to collaborate across multiple internal functions (product, operations, support) to deliver on client commitments. Our Culture • We hire self-motivated people and get out of their way • We value performance, not hours worked • Speed, ownership, and impact matter most Compensation • Competitive salary + potential equity • Health benefits, flexible PTO, learning budget
