About Us STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionizing the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop and manufacture high performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost effective. This provides our operators with a decisive edge in highly contested environments. We’re focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems—not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe—today. Your mission We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our logistics team and ensure the smooth and efficient handling of all outbound deliveries. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that all goods are prepared and shipped on time, accurately, and in perfect condition. Responsibilities • End-to-End Warehouse Management:  You manage the entire material flow—from physical goods receipt and system-side booking to demand-driven staging for development projects. • Establishing 5S Standards:  You actively live and breathe the 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). You optimize storage locations, ensure clear labeling, and maintain a consistently high level of cleanliness and clarity in the warehouse. • Process Design & Ownership:  You challenge existing workflows and optimize warehouse layouts to eliminate search times and accelerate access to prototype parts. • Hands-on Material Handling:  You lead by example and get stuck in—whether unloading deliveries, professionally packaging sensitive assemblies, or setting up new racking systems. • Inventory Integrity:  You ensure that physical stock matches the system 100%. You perform regular inventory counts and proactively manage shortages. • Professional Handling:  Ensuring the correct storage of all components, including basic ESD protection measures for electronic parts during handling and packaging. Qualifications • Education: Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship in warehouse logistics or hold a comparable qualification. • Professional Experience: Initial experience in warehouse and shipping operations is preferred. • Technical Skills: • Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics, including outbound goods handling and load securing. • Experience operating industrial trucks, such as forklifts, is an advantage. • Personal Skills: • Hands-on mentality: You are proactive, practical, and willing to take responsibility for your tasks. • Accuracy and reliability: You work carefully, precisely, and reliably. • Teamwork: You are communicative, cooperative, and enjoy working as part of a team. • Physical Requirements: The role involves regular lifting, standing, and moving materials and equipment. You must be physically capable of performing these tasks safely and consistently. • Work Schedule: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, is required. Working hours will be scheduled in accordance with applicable German working time regulations.
