The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that Black Box TPS products meet all applicable regulatory, customer, and contractual compliance requirements throughout the product lifecycle, from design and sourcing through manufacturing, delivery, and support.
This role serves as the central owner of product compliance, working cross functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, and Sales to ensure compliance requirements are clearly defined, executed, documented, and auditable across global markets. This role needs to understand the business implications of the various compliance requirements and drive to ensure the business leadership has the appropriate information to drive the business.
