Your responsibilities will include:</h4> <ul class="___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o"> <li value="1">Managing a diverse caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and Public Law cases</li> <li value="2">Building strong, trusting relationships with children and families to create sustainable change</li> <li value="3">Undertaking assessments, care planning, and direct interventions to safeguard children</li> <li value="4">Working closely with partner agencies to deliver effective multi-agency support</li> <li value="5">Contributing to court work and statutory processes where required</li> <li value="6">Supporting children to remain safely within their families wherever possible</li> </ul>   <h2>About You</h2> We are looking for passionate and committed social workers who are motivated to deliver excellent services for children and families.
