We work in-person five days a week in our San Francisco, NYC, or London offices. What You'll Do Support Workplace Operations • Help keep the office running day-to-day; supplies, logistics, and making sure things are organized and in order • Be a go-to resource for in-office needs and help resolve issues quickly as they come up • Assist with vendor coordination and facilities tasks as needed Assist with Event Coordination • Help plan and execute team events — from logistics and timelines to day-of execution • Support candidate dinners, team offsites, and internal events • Coordinate communications and scheduling around events Recruiting Coordination Coverage • Step in to support the recruiting coordination team as needed — scheduling interviews, managing Ashby, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience • Assist with onsite logistics for candidate interviews • Help keep the pipeline organized and moving when the team needs extra bandwidth HR & People Ops Support • Assist with HR administrative tasks including onboarding logistics and people operations • Help keep documentation and processes organized as the team scales General Admin & Fill-In Support • Back up other admin and ops team members when they're out of office or overloaded • Handle ad hoc tasks across the team — you're the person who figures things out when something pops up • Support documentation, templates, and process work as needed What We're Looking For • Early-career candidate; new grads strongly encouraged to apply • High energy and a genuinely positive attitude that makes the team around you better • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable managing multiple things at once and switching contexts quickly • Events or coordination experience a plus; whether professional, academic, or extracurricular (sorority event planning, team coordination, etc. all count) • Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal) • Present, available, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment • Based in San Francisco or ready to relocate immediately (start date is asap) • Excited to be in-office and thrive in a high-ownership, high-intensity startup environment • Amazing tech stack and AI fluency; Notion, Slack, Claude, etc. Benefits • Bi-annual performance bonus structure • Generous equity grant vested over 4 years • Up to $15k Relocation bonus • $10K housing bonus (if you live within 0.5 miles of our office) • $1.5K monthly stipend for meals • Free Equinox membership • $200 monthly laundry reimbursement • $200 monthly personal wellness reimbursement • Health, Dental, Vision insurance
