## Job Description ##
* Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality strategies, procedures, and control systems.
* Lead and mentor the site quality team, fostering a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Promote a "Right First Time" mindset across all project stakeholders.
* Establish, monitor, and report key quality metrics and performance indicators.
* Analyze quality trends, identify recurring issues, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
* Ensure quality management systems and project documentation remain accurate, accessible, and compliant.
* Coordinate inspections, testing activities, commissioning readiness, and project handovers.
* Collaborate with package managers and project teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated throughout the construction process.
* Support planning activities by proactively identifying risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including Construction, Engineering, HSE, Planning, and Commissioning.
* Contribute to Lean Construction and operational excellence initiatives across the project.
* Ensure the highest standards of workplace safety while promoting a 0-incident culture.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
* Minimum 10 years of experience within quality management on large-scale construction, engineering, industrial, data centre, or infrastructure projects.
* Proven track record of successfully leading quality teams on complex projects.
* Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, construction methodologies, commissioning activities, and project delivery.
* Experience developing quality systems, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and drive accountability.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term objectives and day-to-day project delivery.
* Proficient in common project management, reporting, and document management tools.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
* Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with the willingness to go the extra mile in fast-paced project environments.
Nice to Have
* Professional certifications in Quality Management, Construction Management, or Project Management.
* Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher).
* PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
* Membership of relevant professional engineering or quality organizations.
