This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver an efficient and positive hiring experience while ensuring alignment with business needs and company hiring standards. Key Responsibilities • Support full-cycle recruitment activities for professional, technical, and corporate positions. • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. • Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and recruitment strategies. • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up. • Assist with employment offers, background checks, onboarding activities, and pre-employment processes. • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide status updates on active requisitions. • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices. • Participate in employer branding, campus recruiting, career fairs, and networking events as needed. testing only
