🎯 The role We're French, post-Series B scale-up, and now building the UK from the ground up — first councils signed, first go-lives delivered. We are already working with +200 local authorities in France, Belgium & Switzerland and are now expanding in the UK. As Security Project Manager , you'll take the lead in delivering, supporting and supervising client projects, and reporting to Manuella (Head of Operations). This is a great fit if you enjoy working hands-on with hardware in the field, coordinating partners to get things installed right, and want to be part of a team that values ownership, collaboration and getting things done. 🚀 What you'll do PMO delivery • Lead the end-to-end rollout of our installations across council sites, ensuring smooth delivery from kick-off to handover. • Oversee the configuration and commissioning of camera units to meet each council's requirements. Partner management • Train and certify partners on the installation and maintenance of our solutions, ensuring compliance with our quality and uptime standards. • Act as the interface between installation partners and HQ, coordinating schedules, priorities and escalations. Client technical support • Serve as the named technical point of contact for councils, triaging and resolving issues within defined SLAs. • Challenge orientation choice and ensure that the partner meets Vizzia’s standards regarding execution and delivery-time. • Conduct site surveys to validate camera types and installation locations, and produce execution packs for installers (HQ and local partners). • Coordinate spares and replacements with HQ to minimise downtime. With HQ • Produce regular reports and progress updates for management. • Manage stock levels and maintain accurate records to keep projects on track. • Build strong working relationships with HQ, external partners and council clients. In the field • Mobility: This role covers deployments across the UK, regular regional travel is an integral part of the job. ✅ Who you are • At least 5 years experience working with technical delivery or field operations of camera and CCTV systems, ideally in council, public-sector, or similarly complex environments. • Electricity — understanding of electrical systems, outdoor installations, and pole/camera fixings would be a bonus. • Track record of deploying and commissioning hardware or camera systems. • Confident managing multiple projects at once and keeping everyone informed. • Great communication skills — comfortable breaking down and explaining technical issues. • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently. • Full working proficiency English skills • UK driving licence is required to get between sites. ⭐ Strong bonus points • Having sourced and audited partners, and negotiated contracts. • Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure. • Experience with UK local authorities / the public sector / B2G. 🚀 Growth perspectives This is a builder role! You'll be the first Security Project Manager in the UK. As you build traction and autonomy, the scope is yours to expand. More ownership over UK operations, a bigger say in partner strategy, and potentially building out your own team as we scale. What we offer 🏝 Permanent contract (20 days annual leave + bank holidays) 💻 Macbook 🏥 Health insurance plan ✈️ Opportunities to work from our Paris office 💼 Central London office ☀️ Yearly offsite with the whole team Recruitment process • Screening call - Talent Acquisition 30’ • Hiring Manager call - Head of Operations 45’ • Business case debrief - UK Country Manager & Head of Operations - 1h • Final fit - VP Operations - 30' • Informal meet the team in Paris/HQ or in our London office • Reference check & offer We aim at a ~20 day process.
