MARC is looking to have an experienced candidate for Senior QHSE Specialist
• Key responsibilities:
• Deliver QHSE training, maintain documentation, and monitor KPIs.
• Investigate incidents, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and follow up on CAPA implementation.
• Ensure occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Implement and maintain the QMS in compliance with applicable ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant QHSE or QA experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Preferred Experience: Pharmaceutical, laboratory, clinical research, or CRO environments.
• Skills: Risk assessment, auditing, CAPA, incident investigation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Certifications: ISO Internal Auditor, NEBOSH, or IOSH certifications are preferred.
• Standards: Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
