About the Role
Own product direction and delivery for an AI-powered platform that helps teams manage temperature-sensitive logistics and quality workflows. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and machine learning to turn complex, regulated customer needs into practical software that supports faster, better-informed decisions.
What You'll Do
• Own roadmaps for core product capabilities and AI agents, prioritizing work based on customer needs and business impact.
• Shape agent features that provide clear reasoning, act only within user-approved boundaries, and keep auditable records of actions.
• Conduct product discovery with customers in pharmaceutical logistics, quality, and supply chain operations.
• Translate complex workflows into clear requirements and collaborate daily with engineering, design, data science, and machine learning teams to ship features.
• Define and track measurable outcomes, such as automated decisions, time saved, and faster product releases.
• Iterate on AI capabilities grounded in customer data and operational knowledge.
What We're Looking For
• At least 5 years of non-internship product management or product engineering experience, including 2 or more years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation, with the ability to collaborate effectively with machine learning engineers.
• Experience owning roadmaps, translating customer needs into software requirements, and measuring product outcomes.
• Customer-facing product discovery experience with pharmaceutical logistics, quality, or supply chain operations users.
• Familiarity with Python, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Supabase, and Azure Kubernetes is relevant. Cold-chain, pharmaceutical logistics, or GxP experience is a plus.
