Shift: This is a Full-Time position - Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm (some flexibility permitted). This position is 100% in-office. No hybrid or remote option available. Position Reports to: Director of Human Resources Job Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly Compensation: $ 22.235 - $27.261 per hour Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions. • Process bi-weekly payroll, to include assisting and training managers on timekeeping. • Input personnel actions into ADP & Employee Navigator. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files. • Process unemployment claims and provide required documentation. • Create ID badges for new hires and as needed. • Maintain the HR database and benefit system, to include processing personnel actions: new hires, transfers, benefits, and any other employment changes. • Maintain credentialing and per diem list and generate and distribute these and assist with other HR reports as needed. • Address general employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits. • Assist with the Events Committee. • Other duties as assigned. -          Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.  Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered. -          Previous experience in human resources, payroll, benefits administration, or a related administrative role preferred.  Experience with HRIS, payroll and/or benefits systems preferred. -          A high level of confidentiality is required, and the ability to handle sensitive HR related matters.
