We are here to grow with the business and for the people behind it. The part you will play We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. This is a strategic, senior-level role for someone who can operate as a true partner to Intrepid’s leadership team — not just executing hiring requests, but shaping how we hire. You will take ownership of the recruitment agenda for regional commercial: reviewing current ways of working, diagnosing where the day-to-day process is slow or inconsistent, and designing and rolling out the strategies, tools, and standards that lift both the speed and quality of hiring. You will act as the senior point of contact for country leadership on all things talent acquisition, translate business priorities into workforce and hiring plans, and mentor the broader recruitment team on the ground. This role reports to the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, with a close, ongoing partnership with Intrepid’s Business Leadership. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will take charge of Strategic partnership & recruitment strategy • Leadership partnership – act as the senior TA advisor to the regional leadership team, embedding yourself in business planning discussions to anticipate hiring needs ahead of demand, not just react to them. • Recruitment strategy design – review the current end-to-end recruitment process, identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies, and design and implement improved workflows, SLAs, and standards to raise day-to-day recruitment performance. • Workforce planning – partner with leadership on headcount planning, org design input, and building talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles ahead of need. • Data-driven decision making – own recruitment metrics and dashboards (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, funnel conversion), and use these insights to continuously refine strategy and advise leadership. • Employer branding leadership – drive regional employer branding initiatives, positioning Intrepid as an employer of choice in a competitive local market. • Team leadership & coaching – mentor and upskill junior recruiters/TA executives across SEA market, sharing best practices in sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate experience. • Regional alignment – collaborate with the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead and peer TABPs across SEA to align on best practices, tools, and cross-market initiatives. Full-cycle recruitment execution • End-to-end ownership – manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and business-critical roles across the SEA market — from sourcing and pre-screening through interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and integration. • Sourcing excellence – source and attract candidates through diverse channels including job portals, social media, headhunting, campus recruitment, referrals, and international partnerships. • Stakeholder management – partner closely with hiring managers to screen, assess, and deliver against recruitment needs, providing timely, constructive feedback on candidates and interview outcomes. • Talent pipelining – build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with active and passive talent, proactively managing pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Campus & early-career hiring – lead campus recruitment activities targeting interns, trainees, contract staff, and entry-level talent. • Reporting – prepare and maintain accurate recruitment reporting, including weekly status updates and hiring dashboards for leadership. • Continuous improvement – lead and contribute to ad-hoc talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the region. What we are looking for – the ideal profile • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. • At least 6–8 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including experience operating at a senior/business partner level, preferably from an e-commerce, marketing agency, or live commerce industry. • Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership/stakeholders and influencing hiring strategy, not just executing requisitions. • Demonstrated experience reviewing, redesigning, and improving recruitment processes, tools, or ways of working. • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and deep knowledge of the Thailand talent market. • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) and familiarity with various sourcing channels. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influe
